
How to Warm Up Before Approaching Women During the Day (So You Don’t Freeze When It Matters)
When you see a really attractive woman during the day, it can often feel like you are at war with yourself. Do you walk over and start a conversation, or do you stay where you are and let the moment pass?
In this article, I am going to give you three powerful things to do that will make sure you are properly warmed up so you can walk over to the woman you like, start a conversation, and improve the quality of your dating and relationship life.

The bigger the power pose, the bigger the impact. If you do three big power poses before walking over, chances are you will already be smiling. And when you are smiling, your first impression is far more likely to be effective.
Technique 2: Use an Affirmation
While a power pose energizes your body, you also need something for your mind. That is where affirmations come in.
Think of an affirmation as a power pose for your brain. Here is a simple way to create one: ask yourself this question. If you could give your son one positive piece of advice in one sentence, what would it be?
It might be something like:
Just do it.
Have fun.
Take risks.
Once you have your own personal affirmation, use it when you are about to approach a woman. Combine it with your power pose.
For example, if you see an attractive woman, strike your power pose and say to yourself, Take risks. This will make a good story. This will be fun.
By doing this, you are conditioning both your body and your mind to be in an energized, confident state before you even walk over.

Technique 3: Train Your Nervous System
The third step is to train your nervous system through stimulus and response.
Here is what normally happens. You see an attractive woman. You pause. You start thinking, Should I speak to her or not?

Everything I have shared so far is about what to do in the moment when you see a woman you want to approach. But you can also prepare yourself earlier in the day so you are already in a good state.

That made me realize I should be warming up too. The more I practiced these techniques, the more I saw the difference. Yes, you can still approach a woman without warming up. But if you add power poses, affirmations, and nervous system training, your first impression becomes significantly stronger.
